Nutshell on Payments Law

In the mail this week is a new Nutshell on Payments Law by Steve H. Nickles (Wake Forest) and Mary Beth Matthews (Arkansas-Fayetteville) (left).  It looks like a good and accessible reference not only for students, but those of us commercial types who are kind of weak in that area.  It’s published by Thomson/West.
