Empirical legal scholarship

Anheuser_busch_hall Goodness knows we need more empirical work in Contract law.  So Anheuser-Busch Hall at Washington University (left) will, as usual, be the site of the Fourth Annual Conducting Empirical Legal Scholarship Workshop, May 9-11, 2005.  The “mini-course” is designed to “teach legal scholars how to design and conduct empirical studies and to use statistical software to manage and analyze data.”
