AALS—Day 4

The annual program hits its high point this afternoon, with the Contracts Section program at 1:30 p.m.  Chair Juliet Kostritsky leads a panel on “Incomplete Contracts: The Implications for Contract Law.” Panelists are Richard Craswell (Stanford), Avery Katz (Columbia), and Bob Scott and George Triantis (Virginia).
