Venezuela rethinks threat to cut off trade

Hugo_chavez Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez is apparently backing off from his threats to cut off trade with neighboring Colombia.  Chávez (left) suspended trade agreements with Colombia and recalled his ambassador to Bogotá after a FARC guerilla leader in Venezuela was kidnapped and turned over to Colombian authorities.  The Venezuelan peso, which had fallen on the original news, perked back up.
