Beals Sued by Manager

Actress Jennifer (Flashdance) Beals is being sued by her former business manager for breach of contract.  The manager, Seven Summits Pictures & Management, says in its complaint in California state court that it helped Beals land the role of Bette in the successful Showtime TV series The L Word, and its entitled to ten percent of her earnings on the show.  Beals apparently paid the firm for the first season, but then fired them and has refused to pay the commission on the second and third years.
