More on Stern Lawsuit

More information about CBS Corp’s lawsuit against Howard Stern and Sirius can be found in this press release.  Prof Bainbridge writes:

Without having seen Stern’s contract, I can’t speak to the breach ofcontract claims. The misappropriation and fraud claims, however, raisebasic and generic issues of an agent’s fiduciary duties. Under thoseprinciples, it looks like CBS has a very strong case.
