Virtual Symposium on Contracts and COVID: Introducing Andrew Schwartz

COVIDOur virtual symposium on contracts and COVID continues today with a contribution from Professor Andrew Schwartz.

AAndrew A. Schwartz is a professor at the University of Colorado Law School where he teaches and publishes on corporate, securities and contract law.  His articles have been cited and followed in important Delaware opinions including In re Trados and Akorn v. Fresenius, and he has become an internationally recognized expert on investment crowdfunding, which led to a Fulbright grant to New Zealand in 2017.
