Here’s what’s on the agenda:

Wednesday at 11:10 AM: Patricia J. Williams Award Ceremony.  This year’s honoree is Lisa Fairfax.

Wednesday at 1 PM: Junior Faculty Workshop. Featuring papers by Tomica Burke Saul, Glenys Spence, and Leo Yu, with commentary by Angela Aneiros, Benjamin Edwards, Yaron Nili, Lynnise Pantin, and Karen Woody.  The conversation will be moderated by Sergio Gramitto Ricci. 

Wednesday at 4:10 PM: We are sponsoring a Securities Regulation program entitled “A New Day at the SEC.“

Thursday at 1 PM: section program, co-hosted by Securities Regulation and sponsored by Business Associations, Non-Profit and Philanthropy, “Race Disclosures in the Trump Era” which will discuss Tinu Adediran’s forthcoming book Disclosureland: How Corporate Words Constrain Racial Progress.  Speakers include Tinu, Lisa Fairfax, Cathy Hwang, and Christina Sautter, and Professor Chatman will moderate the conversation.
