Proportional Internalization and Damages Awards

Omri Ben Shahar of the University of Chicago Law School has posted, Who Should Be Liable When Uber Cars Crash on Jotwell which reviews Omer Y. Pelled’s article, The Proportional Internalization Principle in Private Law.  As the title suggests, the review is of a thought-provoking article about the complex problem of how to allocate liability in damages awards in both torts and contracts.
