Challenge to Contracts Professors: Introducing Critical Race Theory

In response to the current crisis, the call has gone out on Twitter:

Let’s talk pedagogy & the need for critical race in ALL classes not just crim, crim pro, evidence. Our students crave and deserve our attention to this! I will collect responses.

Question: what do you teach and can you share one crit race review of that issue/area?

This seems like a good space in which Contracts Profs (or others) can share ideas — not just articles but ideas about methods for introducing critical race perspectives into contracts law courses.
