The case of the wandering cow

Colorado_flag_1 Andrew Oh-Willeke, who teaches at the College for Financial Planning in Colorado, passes along a very nice little damages case, involving cattle who break down a fence and wander into a field of young corn.  The case is Harsh v. Cure Feeders, L.L.C., and while it’s not a contract case it’s a nice, straightforward discussion of how to prove damages when the injury is hard to see.
