Epstein to give Case the business

The rationales for regulation of pharmaceuticals (e.g., health and safety) and telecommunications (spectrum scarcity or interconnectivity) are very different.  But the University of Chicago’s Richard Epstein will look at the connections between them on Wednesday, March 30, at the Case School of Law, where he’s slated to deliver the Dean Lindsey Cowen Business Law Lecture.  The title is Justified Monopoly? Common Strands in the Regulation of the Pharmaceutical and Telecommunications Industries.
